Assalaamu Alaykum
A child is born in wedlock. If a dna testing proves that the child has not be parented by the father what is the shar’i ruling. Will this child inherit from the fathers estate?

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh
The Shari’ah regards the lady’s husband at the time to the be father, irrespective of the results of the DNA test. In fact the same will apply even if the lady had to, assuming, admit to an illicit relationship.   Accordingly, the child will inherit from its mother’s husband, i.e. from its father.
And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
